Billing FAQ
What happens if I exceed my video limit?
On the Basic plan, you can reframe up to 30 videos per month. If you need more, choose Service 3M or Service 12M for unlimited videos, or ask us about a custom plan.
Can I buy a longer period or a different plan?
Yes. You can buy any plan at any time. If you still have access, the new period starts when your current one ends. For other periods or volumes, contact us for a custom plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee: email billing@vidreframer.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a single one-time payment for a fixed period: Basic 1 month, Service 3M 3 months, Service 12M 12 months. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy another plan.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No. There is no subscription to cancel. Your access ends automatically at the end of the period you bought.
